Technical Data:
IP address, browser type, and login activity when using our procurement portal.

Sensitive Data: 
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., biometric, health) unless required for customs compliance or restricted-party screening.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify new suppliers and conduct anti-corruption/anti-money laundering checks.
- To manage RFQs, purchase orders, logistics coordination, and payment settlements.

- Inquiry records: Deleted after two years if no business relationship is established.
