OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) procurement refers to the manufacturing of standard products which are already existing in the market. But which could be customize by a specified logo, color, stickers, packaging, etc.
VAR (Value-Added Reseller) refers to the repackaging an existing product(s) by adding more value or features, and subsequently resell to end-users as an integrated product or complete turn-key solution.
